PEACE ONE DAY 2006: УЗНАЙТЕ БОЛЬШЕ О ТОМ, ЧТО ПРОХОДИЛО В ЭТОТ ДЕНЬ В ПРОШЛОМ ГОДУ В БЕЛАРУСИ!

День мира в Центре поддержки школ - участниц интернет-проектов Минской юридической гимназии № 42.
В этом году День мира в Центре поддержки школ - участниц интернет-проектов Минской юридической гимназии № 42 был необычным. Он был посвящен не только самому событию, объединенному с участием гимназии в iEARN-проекте ENO Tree Planting Day, но и включению в гимназическую традицию празднования Дня мира самых юных гимназистов.
Накануне Международного Дня мира старшеклассники, которые впервые проводили свою собственную акцию в прошлом году ходили в гости к учащимся 5-ых классов гимназии для того, чтобы рассказать им и про идею Дня мира, и про ENO Tree Planting Day проект, и про свой прошлогодний опыт участия в этом международном дне.
В этот же день, 20 сентября 2007 года в 10.00, Татьяна Сержанина, координатор Дня мира в Минской гимназии № 42, приглашала всех желающих на просмотр и обсуждение фильма "24 часа мира" ("24 Hours of Peace"). Это фильм, посвященный идее Международного Дня мира, роли и возможностям каждого из нас в поддержании хотя бы 24-х часов мира вокруг себя и на всей планете.
21-го сентября младшие гимназисты совместно со старшими друзьями и педагогами, учениками из различных школ мира посадили свое Дерево мира, внося вклад в расширение границ единого мира, в котором живем мы все.

iEARN-Belarus celebrating the International Day of Peace
PLANT A TREE FOR THE ENVIRONMENT AND PEACE. The ENO Programme invites you to an exciting event. A new school year will be opened Sept 21, 2006 in a special way. We will plant trees at midday, in every corner of the world. The first trees will be planted at midday in Oceania. Following the Sun, new trees will be put to earth in Asia, Europe and Africa. Finally this chain of trees will reach Americas. Last year over 200 schools in 60 countries planted thousands of trees during the day. Tree planting reminds us of nature and the importance of environmental protection, and is a symbol for international co-operation. And, Sept 21 is known as the international day for peace. 21 сентября учащиеся Государственной гимназии г. Щучина (10 человек) под руководством учительницы немецкого языка Гороховой Татьяны Ивановны на территории бывшего военного объекта у города высадили 189 дубков. Как и много лет подряд в нашей школе ежегодно проходит посадка деревьев. В этом году мы решили заложить яблочный сад на пустыре возле школы и посадить небольшую аллею по дороге к школе. Собрались все старшеклассники под руководством классных руководителей. И работа закипела. Работы хватило всем. Нужно было выкопать саженцы из питомника, принести чернозёма, посадить и тщательно полить, ведь сентябрь был на редкость сухой.
В итоге мы посадили 30 яблонь, 10 елей и 10 берёзок. Мы решили приурочить это мероприятие ко Дню мира. Наша сельская школа небольшая, в ней учится 98 (18 в садике) человек.

INTERNATIONAL DAY OF PEACE IN BELARUS 2007

Youth International Education Club NEWLINE would like to thank you very much for your amazing contribution to the peace and stability in our world! We hope to see you participating next year as well. We're sure that the International Day of Peace 2007 will be even more produvctive and involving!

Day of Peace in the Support Center for Internet projects Participating Schools on the basis of Minsk Law School # 42.
This year Peace One Day was held in unusual way. It was dedicated not only to the original event itself, that in our school we usually celebrate also togther with iEARN ENO Tree Planting Day project, but also to involvement of our new and the youngest students in this long and beautiful school's tradition.
Already on 20th of September, our older participants, who first held their own actions for the Day of Peace last year, went to promote PEACE ONE DAY among younger students (5th grade) and get them involved in this year's celebrations. They also sucessfully shared their own last year experience of participation in this Day's activities.
The same day at 10am, Tatiana Serjanina, coordinator of the Peace One Say in our school invited everyone to see ""24 Hours of Peace" movie and discuss it afterwards. The movie is devoted to establishing Peace One Day, explaning roles and opportunities every person has in contributing to the peace and stability around us and on earth at least for 24 hours.
On 21st all together with younger students and students from other neighbour schools we were planting our Peace One Day Tree, making a valuable contribution and symbolically celebration expanding of peace borders in the world we live in.

As many years before, our school is very active in trees planting. THis year we decided to plant an apple garden next to the school and make a small alley all over the way to school. We gathered all high school students and their coordinaotors. The work was tough! So everyone was involved. We had to prepare the groud, bring saplings, groud, plant them and give enough water (September was really dry).
As a result, we planted 30 apple trees, 10 firs and 10 В итоге мы посадили 30 яблонь, 10 елей и 10 birches. We devoted this day to PEACE ONE DAY. Our school is very small, there're only 98 students (18 in the kindergarden).
